Leveraging ANGER For Empowerment And Resilience! 🏆🔥✊
It may seem a little strange, straight off the bat, to kick off the New Year… doing a coaching lesson on Anger…
But if you can learn how to move through Anger efficiently… You can utilise it to empower yourself…Arming yourself to breathe fire into the rest of the year.
It’ll help you reduce the anxiety and judgement… and the fear of being exposed, persecuted, vulnerable.
Men are taught that feeling Anger and being Angry is violent and too aggressive.
Women are taught that feeling Anger and being Angry is aggressive, unfeminine and being hysterical.
With over-the-top political correctness…
The internal struggle to fight the feeling of Anger… is causing Men and Women to feel weak, helpless… stressed, overwhelmed…
… plagued with guilt, shame, frustration, overwhelm.
This wreaks havoc on your personal belief and integrity… and the nervous system.
The nervous system is always expressing itself and emotions are supposed to move through you and move on
If every time you feel a strong emotion like Anger… you push it down, push it aside…
The longer it continues… the more it simmers under the surface.
That can play out in people’s lives in various ways…
Exploding with rage…
Nervous breakdowns… sobbing…
A myriad of health issues.
Even though it’s not often discussed openly…
It’s incredibly common for people to repress Anger… and not even realise they are… they’ve been doing it for so long.
Because they don’t necessarily display Anger, it never occurs to them that they’re hanging onto it.
Anger can be incredibly empowering if you know how to express it and transform it…
What a wonderful gift to give to yourself to be able to do that.
In today FIREPIT Resilience Warrior’s Lesson…
I’m going to show you how to do just that.
Because as FIREPIT Resilience Warriors…
We know and understand that in these moments of Anger… We get to build upon our resilience.
So let’s get cracking…
